We use US Postal Service, media and priority mail, to deliver audio books. Shipping can be delayed up to 30 days if a title is out of stock.

If you buy a book and your shipment arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us as soon as you receive the damaged order to arrange for a replacement. We offer a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, on all unopened audio book purchases within 30 days of shipment.
BuyAudiobook.com gift certificates can be redeemed toward any of our products or services.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, and once redeemed, they are non-transferable.
If you have applied your gift to one service or product, you can not transfer the gift amount to another service or product. There are no exchanges on gifts of audio books.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
